Tips & Ideas
1.
Get some exercise! Take an exercise class, go for a run, take a walk.

Make sure to get 7-9 hours of sleep each night.
3.
Nourish your body with healthy food and build good habits around nutrition.
4.
Find creative ways to move your body - dance along to your favorite song, practice yoga or stretch, go for a bike ride...
5.
Especially if it's nice outside, take a break and go for a walk.
6.
Drink more water! It's underrated, but hydration is important.
7.
Rest. You may need more of it sometimes, and that's okay. Take a nap if you need to.
8.
Listen to your body's cues - don't push yourself to exercise if you're feeling run down, and if you're feeling tired it's okay to decline that invitation.
Take care of your body
Physical self-care means doing things to maintain or improve your physical health. You know, those things you've probably heard a billion times growing up... eat well, stay active, drink water...

We can let these basics fall by the wayside if we're not careful, so a little extra attention to physical self-care can help us make sure we're taking care of our physical health.
