Why is sleep so important?

​

All of us need sleep, and no one can do without it! Losing sleep can do much more than just make you tired—it can negatively impact how you feel, think, and act. Getting a healthy amount of good-quality sleep—at least 8 hours a night—can help improve physical and mental health, productivity, and well-being.

 

This all sounds great, but many of us struggle to get a good night’s sleep, especially when our routines are disrupted and during times of extra stress. Below are some tips for improving your sleep and feeling better.
