Reflect on your feelings
Any given emotion isn't "good" or "bad." We all experience all of them, and we can't control them - but we can control how we respond to them.
Emotional self-care helps you fully lean into and feel your feelings, facing them directly instead of pushing them down, fighting them, or running away from them.
